General Information

When you have identified a course that fits your requirements, contact Data and Management Centre (DMC) either by phone, fax, email or log on to our website where you can fill an online application form and submit it to Data and Management Centre (DMC).

Furthermore several other processes should be started as soon as possible:

- Passport application (if needed)
- Visa application to Swaziland if applicable
- Scholarship application
- Check air travel routes and availability

If your application is accepted a letter of admission will be sent straight to you followed by a course
content and an invoice. Fees should be paid in advance using any of the methods already outlined in the year planner. Please ensure that all the neccesary processes have been completed prior to your setting out for Data and Management Centre.Please do not set out for Data and Management Centre if arrangements to cover the cost of your course are not finalized.

Payment methods

Fees can be made payable in US$, South African Rands, Botswana Pula as long as they are equivalent of the prevailing dollar exchange rate.

Board and Accomodation

This includes single room accomodation, full meals and inland transportation only for Participants that will be accomodated at our guest house.
